Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our time management coaching services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms comply with UCC Article 2 and applicable consumer protection laws.

Service Description

We provide personalized time management coaching via video calls, email support, and digital tools. Services are non-transferable and intended for your personal productivity improvement.

Payment & Refund Policy

Fees are due upfront for monthly packages. A 14-day cooling-off period applies per EU law. After the first session, refunds are pro-rated for unused sessions. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) forfeit that session.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided (templates, time audit tools) are our intellectual property. You may not redistribute or resell them.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of productivity due to coaching. Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific coaching package.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in New York County.

Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
